 Deposit  Policy:

A Deposit equal to one night’s stay is required when making your reservation.  It will be applied to the last day of your stay. There will be no change to your invoice for arriving later than scheduled arrival date or for leaving earlier than your departure date.

Please be sure to read your confirmation letter, it has important information about your reservation.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Policy: To make a reservation, we take a deposit equal to a night’s stay. If you need to cancel a reservation, that deposit is refundable (minus a $10 processing fee) until two weeks before your scheduled arrival. If you cancel less than two weeks before your arrival, we are not able to provide a refund or we can apply it to a future stay with us.

 Reservation No show: If you do not call to cancel prior to arrival date the full charge will be charged to the card on file.

 

Cancellation Policy during Snowmobile Season:

If the trails are closed by Pittsburg Ridge Runners we will refund your deposit minus a $10.00 Cancellation fee or we will apply it to a future stay.
